Brian Gong Product itself is fine and glad they are available. My disappointment is with shipping.
I ordered a replacement set and you would think its something that could be sent immediately. Shipping took longer than expected. I received tracking info after a week or longer. The package was destroyed and undeliverable due to Fedex. I contacted Funwater for update or investigation. It took another 4-5 weeks. In the meantime I ordered a second set as its peak SUP season.
They offered a refund on the first order after the delay of mentioned time period. Second ordered arrived intact, but again you would think shipping time would be quick to reasonable. It still took 2-3 weeks to receive.

Rita Hinkle Lost 2 pins and went to the fun water website to see about getting more. Had to ask thru their chat about what size to order. They responded quickly and was asked for pics of the board. Right away they answered and I placed the order. The new pins arrived within 3-4 days and they fit perfectly! Im a happy SUP boarder again!

Gema Aparicio It's really easy to break at least one of these when deflaiting the board and putting it away for the winter. I wish the board would come with some extras, but at least you can buy them. I have not used them yet since my board is store for the winter.
