We take pride in our packing and do our best to pack each item correctly, making sure that your order arrives in as good a condition as possible.

A damaged box does not always indicate damage to the products, and an undamaged box does not always indicate undamaged products. FILING A SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIM
To expedite the filing process, log in to My Account, navigate to My Orders, and click ‘Return’ on the order containing your damaged item. If you do not have an account, you can easily sign up with your email address.
Please complete the Claim Form in its entirety and be sure to include photos – if you are unable to provide photos, the claim process may be delayed. Once we receive your claim, our Claims Department will reach out within two (2) Business days with a resolution.
