haven't had a chance to use these in snow and ice yet, but I did test them out for fit on several pairs of shoes and boots. they are easy to put on and take off and they come with a nice storage case and bag, as well
I got a pair of these last year and shared them with my wife. She like them so much I got this pair for her too. They do a great job in the wintery months in the north, walking on the snowy, icy, and other slippery/sloppy terrain we encounter at our suburban neighborhood, as well as at my law’s farm. As you can see from the photos, the “large” fit my men’s 9.5 size winter boots perfectly, and the “large” is just small enough to fit my wife’s woman’s 9 size winter boots without any issues. We would have to get her a "medium" if her winter boot was any smaller.
Got these to take on a trip north this winter. They are well made and fit my shoes well. For reference, I will be using them on city streets and sidewalks, which were icy the last time I visited. I appreciate that it came with both a hard case and a drawstring bag. The case will make it easy to pack inside my luggage, while the bag will be nice to tuck in my purse for when I need to take the wet/muddy crampons off when out and about wearing them.
