Regional Sales Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager at Fun Water Outdoor, selling water sports products, some of the key responsibilities of your role will include:

  • Build online and offline sales channels for our products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth in the market and developing innovative approaches to meet customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, such as wholesalers, retailers, and online marketplaces.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay up to date with market changes and customer preferences.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales team and channel partners.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on sales performance and channel partner activities.
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs for channel partners to improve their understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Ensuring that channel partners comply with company policies and procedures, and that all activities are conducted ethically and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels and product availability to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and identify new product opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our offerings
  • Overall, your primary objective will be to increase sales revenue and drive growth for the company through effective management of the sales channel network.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum five years of channel sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the sports products industry
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and manage sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
