FURIOUS
Cheap nonfunctional CRAP

I was furious that I purchased a brand new FunWater pump from FunWater SUP board. I unpacked the box and everything seemed ok BUT THEN went on vacation. I got all the way to the launch site and went to blow up my paddle board ONLY TO DISCOVER MY NEWLY PURCHASED AIR PUMP (Made for the SUP) WONT ATTACH TO MY FunWater SUP BOARD. I held my hand to seal off leaky air since the pump would stay in place and eventually gave up. I thought maybe my brand new FunWater SUP board had a leak. I thankfully found someone who let me borrow their air pump and have accepted that this FunWater SUP Pump is a piece of absolute garbage. PUMP DOES NOT PUMP AIR TO SUP!!! FUNWATERBOARD.COM OWES ME A NEW FUNCTIONAL SUP AIR PUMP. Thank goodness the SUP Board was not also damaged from this crap air pump. All other air pumps fit just fine on the board, but this SUP CRAP AIR PUMP does not work on ANY paddle board even with its SUP pump tip. I will be making all future paddle board related purchases NOT from FunWaterBorad dot com.
I AM OWED A REPLACEMENT.

Funwater pump

I was gifted a fun water SUP and the pump attachment does not
Fit into the Inlet ….
So on a 100degree day I was super frustrated to have the pump not work. Pump nozzle is bigger than plug. So after driving to the water I couldn’t go… bc I could only get some air in the SUP by holding the nozzle
While pumping with one hand ( very uncomfortable). Hoping the company will
Make this right.

Disgusted!!

I was furious that I purchased a brand new FunWater pump from the makers of my FunWater SUP board, went on vacation, got to the launch, took out my FunWater board and NEWLY PURCHASED FUNWATER PUMP AND THE ATTACHMENT TO THE HOSE TO INSERT INTO THE SUP DID NOT FIT!!! Therefore, I could not fill the FunWater SUP with air by the FunWater pump. Further in trying to insert the WRONG attachment on the FunWater pump into the FunWater SUP it damaged the air passage and NOW IT LEAKS!! As far as I am concerned, you owe me a new SUP and Pump!!! I have no intention of ever purchasing a FunWater product again!!!
