The fins are impossible to fit, making the experience very bad. I want to sell my SUP, can’t use it due the fins model

The small fins do not lock
I ordered new fins for my PB, however as before, they do not lock in to the board. This means I am PBIng with only the large fin. I have tried everything to figure this out and can't. Somewhat frustrating.

Fin replacement
They replaced my initial fin order very quickly after losing a fin on the river after just buying a replacement. I do find the replacements to be a little looser than the originals that came with the board. Overall, they were fast and understanding and communicated well together replacement to me as quickly as possible.

Expensive- groove fins
The new fins fit great, I wish the original ones fit that good & that I didn't have to spend half the money I spent on the board for new fins. Lesson learned, will pay attention to never buy a board with the groove fins again.
