I loved the customer service. I had a problem with the paddle handle breaking off and they are shipping a new one. The board seems good quality and will last. I have the sea turtle and dolphin boards. The dolphin boards detachable fins were almost impossible to put on. Funwater said to heat up the plastic part on the board before inserting the fins and that helps. The sea turtle board fins work just fine. It takes a lot of work to inflate.

I love this paddleboard!! So many people stop me at the marina when I am blowing it up and two so far have bought one just like it. If you own a boat and like to take your paddle sports equipment with you,this is the ticket. It inflates quick and easy,deflates super fast and rolls up in a little backpack and stores away way easier than hauling a 11' kayak with me. I have taken it out on the Chesapeake Bay on rather windy rough days and it has performed excellently. The fact that it comes with the seat and the kayak extension is the best!
